1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item purchased from Spotpariz.
- Condition of the Item: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may still process your return at our discretion.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@spotpariz.com or call (315) 592-5290 to request a return authorization. Be sure to provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return process.
- Step 3: Securely package the item with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Ensure the RMA number is included with the return.
- Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping and are returning part of your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
